Loss
A professional painter of over 35 years, Susan Roth stands in her temporary painting storage facility at dawn. Days before moving a significant portion of her major works into museum storage, torrential rainfall not seen in 40 years flooded the painting racks, leaving Roth to wonder if her legacy would be washed away. The final painting's restoration was completed February 9, 2010, five months after the flood.
